Building a Happy Culture

Michal is the majority owner of the company OpenOne, which he has tried to rebuild for the last four years as a free tribe. Michal is the tribal chief, he's hunting new customers, and he is also a guide for other companies that would like to change their company/team culture to allow for a greater sense of meaning and freedom for all. He is a rebel and impatient creator who wants to uncover root causes and search for methods and solutions to move forward. Michal inspires others to change and quickly introduce changes to their life. He is also an incurable optimist and naive to believe in absolute human goodness and love.
